Hey everyone I just wanted to do a brief review of Black Ops Perks, their benfits, their technicalities.

1st Teir: Blues
Lightwieght: This is a pretty straight forward perk. Anyone who played MW2 knows what it does. If this is your first COD FPS: Lightweight enables your charectar to sprint faster. This means if you are rushing you will move from point A to point B quicker then a player who does not have lightweight. Lightweight pro offers players a great benefit if they are trying to run a knifing class. Similar to commando pro from MW2, Lightwieght Pro enables players to fall any distance and survive. If running a class that is supposed to Run-and-gun, Lightweight Pro will allow to jump around from place to place without the constant threat of falling damge.
Flak Jacket: This is perk is severly under used and has an excellent potetial. Like in MW2 with the blast shield the Flak Jacket allows players to endure more explosive damage. That is pretty straight forward. But heres the Pro benefit: Resitance to any and all fire and reset of frag grenade timer once picked up. If this perk is used with Warlord Pro and Hardened Pro, see benefits under tier 2, and Ninja Pro, see benefits under tier 3, you will have an excellent recon class. Once you throw a grenade you can pick it up and reset the timer. This can be used to your advantage. If you throw a grenade at a camper and their not looking but get directly hit with it, you can pick it up and throw it agian. if you continue this process you can kill the person in 2-3 hits and have saved a grenade which can be tossed at someone else.
Hardline: Another straight forward perk. Same basic benefit as it was in MW2 but the pro affect is beast. Hardline grants you your killstreaks one less kill and since killstreaks do not play off of each other this can be a real life saver. The Hardline Pro benefits are something you need if you run care package, sentry gun or SAM turret. When a care package or other similar item falls you double tap square, and you will recieve a "try agian". Some times this will be ammo and sometimes it will be attack dogs. But anytime you get a low care package you can trade it for possibly a higher one. If used with Hacker Pro, see benefits under tier 3, you will be unstoppable.
Scavenger: Once agian, another straight forward perk. Same affect as MW2 which was resupply your loadout from dead players. The pro ability is the same as MW2 also, you get max ammo for your loadout. If you are using specials weapons like the crossbow you will get 5 shots instead of 2. If you are using a ballistic knife and Tomahawk combo, you dont have to worry about finding your knife or axe to reload. If you are running an endurance class, Scavenger Pro is the way to go. Treyarch made an intersting decision by making Scavenger and Scaveger Pro available as a tier 1 perk where as Warlord and Warlord Pro, see benefits under tier 2, and Sleight of Hand and Sleight of Hand Pro, see benefits under tier 2.
Ghost: If you played MW2 you will learn ghost is cold blooded broken into different parts. The Basic perk, Ghost, offers you protection from the eye in the sky, the UAV. This is always useful if camping. Unfortunatly, this basic perk does not offer protection from Killstreaks, namly air support. Ghost Pro on the other hand does. You will not be able to be trageted by gunships, choppers, UAV, SR-71 Blackbird, and sentries. In addition you also lose your crosshairs and name plate. Colored crosshairs give away your position but with Ghost Pro you will be nearly invisible.
